ResonanceME is operated by Resonance Institute (ABN available on request), based in Australia. We build tools to help people understand themselves and make better decisions about how they love, work, and connect.

We collect the following information when you use ResonanceME:
• Assessment responses — your answers to the LIFEMAP questionnaire across up to 14 domains.
• Profile data — your name and email address.
• Match data — if you initiate or receive a Match invite, we store the comparison data necessary to generate your Match Report.
• Usage data — standard analytics such as pages visited and time on site (no personally identifiable information).
We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed by Stripe and governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We use your data to:
• Generate your LIFEMAP profile and any Match Reports you request.
• Power your AI Mentor conversations (responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude API).
• Send you transactional emails related to your account and matches (via Resend / ZeptoMail).
• Improve the quality of our assessments and matching algorithms.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never use your assessment data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers in your region where possible. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your LIFEMAP profile is also stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the product works without a login for early beta users.
When you send a Match invite to another person, they are informed that their completed LIFEMAP will be compared with yours. Both parties receive the Match Report simultaneously. Neither party's raw assessment data is shared — only the comparative analysis generated from it.
You may withdraw a pending Match invite before the recipient completes their assessment.
ResonanceME uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend / ZeptoMail — transactional email
• Vercel — website hosting
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@resonanceme.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use minimal, functional cookies only — no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels. We use localStorage for session and assessment state.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users. Continued use of ResonanceME after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
