By accessing or using ResonanceME ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Resonance Institute (ABN available on request), Australia.
ResonanceME is a self-knowledge and compatibility platform. It provides psychological assessments, AI-powered analysis, and comparison tools to help individuals better understand themselves and their relationships.
ResonanceME is not a medical service, a therapy service, or a licensed counselling service. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.
During the beta period, ResonanceME operates without mandatory account creation. Your LIFEMAP data is stored locally in your browser and, if you choose to save it, in our secure database.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activity associated with your account.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information in assessments.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive any other person.
• Misrepresent your identity when sending a Match invite to another person.
When you send a Match invite, you confirm that you have a genuine, respectful relationship with the recipient and that you are not using the feature to harass or pressure them.
Recipients are never required to complete an assessment. Participation is always voluntary.
Paid features are billed via Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a paid feature, contact support@resonanceme.com within 14 days.
All content, design, assessments, frameworks, and AI-generated reports on ResonanceME are the intellectual property of Resonance Institute. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any part of the Service without written permission.
Your personal assessment data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of information you provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Resonance Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
ResonanceME provides information and analysis tools. Decisions you make based on that information — including relationship, career, or life decisions — are entirely your own responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.
You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting support@resonanceme.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of ResonanceME after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
